Charles Jones Industrial Limited (“Charles Jones,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information through our website, charlesjones.ca, including when you contact us through our online form. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws, including Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as:

- Email address
- Phone number
- The content of your message or inquiry
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent on the site. This is collected through cookies and similar tools (see “Cookies and analytics” below). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and to serve you as a customer or prospective customer. Specifically, we may use it to:
